# close_company

> Permanently close the active company.

<Note>Owners only. The role is checked in the database, not in the tool description.</Note>

Requires explicit confirmation of the exact company after an export opportunity. Removes its records, private data in that company, memberships and subscriptions. Personal account closure is separate; external copies are not erased.

## Parameters

  DELETE followed by a space and the current account\_slug.

  Must be true after the person's explicit scope confirmation.
