# publish_working_principle_skill

> Publish an approved working principle as an organization skill.

<Note>Administrators and owners only. The role is checked in the database, not in the tool description.</Note>

Requires the person's explicit publication choice for this exact principle and current source version. Owner/admin only; publishes approved instructions atomically and rejects stale previews, inactive sources and unrelated skill keys. An unchanged retry keeps the version. Publication is configuration and never approves a pending proposal.
